So the PowerBook is back again, in working order. Allow me to express my happiness with AppleCare.
Tuesday at 14 – I call AppleCare, and they send me a box for return of the computer via UPS
Wednesday at 12 – UPS arrives with the box
Thursday at 9 – UPS comes back to pick up the box
Monday at 13 – UPS is back yet again, this time with the fixed computer
Could it be much better? Well it’s more than good enough for me!
