It's always fun when someone challenges the conventions of the trailer, the last time I remember it was <a href="http://www.apple.com/trailers/miramax/comedian.html" rel="nofollow">with Seinfeld too, actually</a>. And I suppose the studios don't feel like being risky - perhaps the indie folks will take more over some kind of movies, and the studios are letting them, with themselves focusing on the big ones?
